Brief introduction
It was first designed by German Firstman developed, specifically applied to transport highly sensitive to shear material, transport of high viscosity material containing particulate material conveying more.
The main principle is through a pair of screw rotors, and work closely with the pump, to achieve high-speed lossless transport purposes.
Parallel displacement pumps are widely used in food, dairy products, beer, beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries.
It is an alternative to conventional rotor pump, screw pump ideal equipment.
Working principle
Specially designed screw rotor system,relative motion in the cavity,forming a series of dynamic seal surface space but not in direct contact with each other in parallel space.
As the screw rotates, continuous engagement and disengagement movement from front to back in a row to repeat itself, these dynamic seal chamber in parallel to the suction side of the fluid into a continuous, steady discharge along the helical axis.
